These terms are a project draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an EggWallet account, you agree to these Terms and the Data Privacy Protocols. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must comply with the laws that apply where you live.
2. Account security
You are responsible for accurate registration information, a strong password, the security of your devices, and all activity performed through your account. Notify the service operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Wallet keys and blockchain activity
- Never submit an unencrypted private key or recovery phrase.
- Never enter a wallet key or recovery phrase during account registration.
- Blockchain addresses and confirmed transactions are public. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and cannot normally be edited or deleted.
- You must verify recipient addresses, networks, assets, amounts, and fees before approving a transaction.
4. Digital assets and service risk
Digital assets, NFTs, mining services, and tokens may be volatile and may lose some or all value. EggWallet does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee profit, liquidity, network uptime, transaction confirmation, or continued support for any asset.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, malware, market manipulation, infringement, harassment, or any unlawful activity. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to access another user’s account or data.
6. Third-party services
The service may connect to blockchains, explorers, mining providers, authentication services, marketplaces, and other third parties. Their own terms and availability apply. EggWallet is not responsible for independent third-party systems.
7. Fees and paid features
Network, marketplace, mining, verification, or service fees must be shown before purchase where applicable. Paid features are not active unless the interface expressly offers them and confirms the price.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service, and a new effective date will be displayed.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using the service at any time, but public blockchain records will remain on their respective networks.
11. Contact
Questions, complaints, and legal notices should be sent through the official EggWallet support channel published by the service operator.
